How does our subscription work?

With a subscription, one of our Sustainability Manager drives your green transition with support from all SustainX experts.

You pay a monthly fee equal to one full-time Sustainability Manager, but you get access to all SustainX’s experts and know-how. We implement our Framework, which consists of the activities we have experienced that are key to a successful green transition. We will work on new activities each year, ensuring that your organization’s sustainability position matures along the way.

First step

Prepare & Plan

The first step is deciding on a baseline year to uncover your organization’s biggest negative impact, sustainability maturity, and market position. We will discover what resources you have to start your green transition. The first year includes activities such as current state analyses, CO2 Baseline, maturity assessment, competitor analysis, Scope 1 & 2 analysis, and KPI and target setting.

Second step

Build & Implement

The second step is to build your internal sustainability competencies and create a complete picture of your organization’s footprint. We will conduct a scope 3 analysis and compare your KPIs and target setting. The second year includes activities such as scope 3 analysis, KPI and target setting, internal education with SustainX Academy, sustainable communication strategy, employee involvement, and implementation of ambassador corps.

Third step

Act & Drive

The third step ensures that you can run the sustainability activities and initiatives we set in place when we let you go. We will establish the necessary systems and procedures for you to continue the sustainability work. Our goal is that sustainability gets integrated into your corporate strategy. Lastly, we will compare how much your organization’s negative impact has decreased compared to the first year.
